Comparison review
LG G8 ThinQ has an overall score of 84.3, which is a bit better than Galaxy A12's global score of 80.3. The LG G8 ThinQ design is lighter and a little bit thinner than the Galaxy A12, despite of the fact that it was released just a little further than a year before. These devices have Android operating system, but LG G8 ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy A12 has Android 10 version, giving some nice extra features and performance improvements.
LG G8 ThinQ has a little faster CPU than Galaxy A12, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM memory. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a way higher screen pixel density.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 features a little bit better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a lot smaller aperture and worse 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also counts with a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with much more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A12, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a really longer battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 3500mAh.
