Galaxy A42 is just a bit better than the Galaxy A12, with a general score of 87 against 80.3. Both phones in this comparison work with Android operating system, but Galaxy A42 has 11 version while Galaxy A12 has Android 10 version, so it offers a lot of extra features and enhanced performance. The Galaxy A42 is a a little bit thinner and a bit lighter device than Galaxy A12, even when both of them were released only 2 months apart.
