Comparison review

The Galaxy A12 has an overall score of 80.3, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note 5's general score of 79.3. Although the Galaxy A12 is newer than Galaxy Note 5, it is thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Galaxy A12 has the newer 10 version while Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1 version, so it provides you a couple nice extra features.

The Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a little faster processor than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also has a larger number of cores (and faster). The Galaxy Note 5 counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a much better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a lot more pixels per inch of display.

Samsung Galaxy A12 captures a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting photos and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also counts with a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution.

Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Galaxy A12 features a really longer battery performance than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
