The Galaxy A12 is slightly better than the Galaxy S5 Plus, getting a general score of 80.3 against 78.1. Both phones in this comparison include Android operating system, but the Galaxy A12 has the previous 10 version while Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2 version. The Galaxy A12 body is notably newer than the Galaxy S5 Plus's, although it is a bit thicker and a lot heavier.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy A12, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a much higher pixel count per screen inch.
