Galaxy S8 is a little bit better than Galaxy A12, getting an 81.7 score against 80.3. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy S8 is notably older than Galaxy A12, it's design is noticeably lighter and thinner. The Galaxy S8 features a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy A12, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 1440 x 2960 resolution and way more pixels per display inch.

Samsung Galaxy A12 features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S8, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
