Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A12, getting a general score of 81.4 against 80.3. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy A12 has Android 10, so it provides some nice extra features. Despite of the fact that the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is older than the Samsung Galaxy A12, it's construction is thinner and lighter.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a much better display than Galaxy A12, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way greater display pixels density and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2340. Xiaomi Mi 9 SE counts with a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also has more RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE shoots better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have a 48 MP resolution camera, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also has a bigger aperture and a much higher video definition. Galaxy A12 counts with a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1 TB.
The Galaxy A12 features a much better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
