Comparison review
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a global score of 80.5, which is a bit better than Galaxy A12's general score of 80.3. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro's construction is a bit thinner and just a little lighter than Galaxy A12, even though it was released a bit more over a year before. Both phones we are comparing have Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy A12 has Android 10 version, providing you some extra features and increased performance.
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a better screen than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a way higher pixel count per inch in the screen. The Galaxy A12 features a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Galaxy A12 has a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1 TB. The Galaxy A12 counts with longer battery performance than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because it has a 25 percent larger battery size.
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro captures much better photos and videos than Galaxy A12, and although they both have a 48 megapixels back camera, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photos and a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality.
