The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G is a much newer phone, and it's also incredibly lighter and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy A12.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 has a much more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G has a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy A12, because it has a much higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, a lot better resolution of 1220 x 2710 pixels and a quite bigger display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G has a much greater storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G also has 256 GB internal memory.
