Xperia XZ3 has a general score of 79.6, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G's 73.4 score. Although Xperia XZ3 is incredibly older and a little bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, it's body is still just a little bit lighter. Both devices in this review use Android operating system, but Xperia XZ3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has Android 13 version, providing the user some additional features and performance improvements.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a much better display than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher display density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels. The Xperia XZ3 counts with a much faster CPU than Galaxy A14 5G. Both of them have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM.
The Xperia XZ3 takes much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, although it has a back-facing camera with way less MP resolution and a smaller aperture which is not favorable for shooting images or videos in poorly lited environments. The Galaxy A14 5G features a greater memory capacity to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia XZ3, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy A14 5G also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 1 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G features a much better battery duration than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 50 percent more battery size.
