Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A15 5G has the older 14 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Galaxy A15 5G construction is newer than the Xiaomi Mi 5s's, although it's a bit thicker and heavier.
