HTC U Ultra is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A20, getting a 77 score against 74.7. HTC U Ultra's design has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy A20, but it's just a little heavier. The HTC U Ultra's processor is very similar to Galaxy A20's processor, because although the HTC U Ultra has lesser cores , it also counts with more RAM.
HTC U Ultra takes a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy A20, because although it has a lesser MP resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture, a much higher video resolution and a much larger back-facing camera sensor shooting much better quality photographs and videos.
The Galaxy A20 counts with better battery life than HTC U Ultra, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy A20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A20. So if you need that extra features, you can buy HTC U Ultra, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy A20, giving up some specs and features.
