Samsung Galaxy M30s is better than the Galaxy A20, having an 83.3 score against 74.7. Although it's the best we are comparing, it must be noted that it is also thicker and heavier. Both phones we compare here have the same Android 11 OS, so they should give you identical operating system features.

The Galaxy M30s counts with a better storage to install games and applications than Galaxy A20, and although they both have a SD extension slot that holds up to 512 GB, the Galaxy M30s also has 64 GB internal storage. Galaxy M30s shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy A20, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing images and videos in low light situations, it also counts with a way larger camera sensor shooting much better quality photographs and videos, a lot more MP back facing camera and a way better 3840x2160 video resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy M30s features a way better battery life than Galaxy A20, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
