Huawei P20 has an overall score of 78.1, which is just a bit better than Galaxy A21's 76.1 global score. The Huawei P20 is an noticeably older device than the Galaxy A21, but Huawei could make it just a little bit thinner and lighter anyway. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy A21 has Android 10 version.
Huawei P20 features a brighter screen than Galaxy A21, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better 1080 x 2244 resolution and a way higher screen density. Huawei P20 has a little bit better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A21, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage.
Huawei P20's processing unit is very similar to the processor in Galaxy A21, and although the Huawei P20 has a larger amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy A21 features longer battery duration than Huawei P20, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
The Huawei P20 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy A21, because although it has a lot less mega-pixels camera in the back, and they both have a same size camera aperture, the Huawei P20 also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor capturing way higher quality videos and pictures and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Although Huawei P20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A21. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Galaxy A21, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
