Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A21, getting a general score of 79.3 against 76.1. Although Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a lot older than Samsung Galaxy A21, it's design is thinner and much lighter. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has the older 5.1 version while Samsung Galaxy A21 has Android 10.
The Galaxy S6 edge+ has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A21, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a much higher number of pixels per inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy A21 has a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy A21 has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with more CPU cores. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has just a bit better camera than Galaxy A21, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and video, and they both have the same resolution back camera, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a larger sensor taking higher quality photos and videos and a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality.
The Galaxy A21 has greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A21. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Galaxy A21, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
