Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 5s has an overall score of 76.4, which is a bit better than Galaxy A21's 76.1 global score. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 5s has the newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Galaxy A21 has Android 10 version, so it counts with lots of additional features and performance optimizations. Xiaomi Mi 5s is a lighter phone than the Galaxy A21, but both of them are equally thin.
The Samsung Galaxy A21 has a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores. Xiaomi Mi 5s has a much better display than Galaxy A21, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per inch in the display and a higher 1080 x 1920 resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a little bit more storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy A21, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Galaxy A21 has better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 25 percent larger battery size.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy A21, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for capturing images or videos in low light environments and a camera in the back with a way worse 12 mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a lot larger camera sensor providing a much better image quality and a way better (4K) video quality.
Although Xiaomi Mi 5s is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy A21. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Xiaomi Mi 5s, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy A21, giving up some features and specs.
