Galaxy S23 Ultra has a general score of 81.5, which is slightly better than Galaxy A25 5G's global score of 79.9. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a notably lighter but a little thicker cellphone than the Galaxy A25 5G. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S23 Ultra has the previous 13 version and Galaxy A25 5G has Android 14 version.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S23 Ultra also has more RAM memory.
