The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A25, with an 81.5 score against 74.3. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy S23 Ultra has older 13 version while Samsung Galaxy A25 has Android 14. Galaxy S23 Ultra's body is notably lighter but a little thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A25.
