The Huawei Mate 30 Pro is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A30, getting a global score of 87.1 against 79.6. Although Huawei Mate 30 Pro is newer than Samsung Galaxy A30, it's thicker and heavier. Huawei Mate 30 Pro features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy A30, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a little more vivid display than Galaxy A30, because it has a little larger screen, a bit higher 1176 x 2400px resolution and a bit better pixel amount per screen inch. Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A30, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro counts with just a bit better battery life than Galaxy A30, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh. Huawei Mate 30 Pro shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A30, because it has a lot better (4K) video definition, a much larger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photos, a lot better 40 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a bigger aperture.
