Google Pixel 2 has a general score of 81.6, which is just a bit better than Galaxy A30s's 79.8 general score. Google Pixel 2's construction is somewhat lighter than the Galaxy A30s, although it's a little thicker and was released just a bit further than a year before. Google Pixel 2 features a better screen than Samsung Galaxy A30s, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a much greater amount of pixels per inch of display and a better 1080 x 1920 resolution.

Galaxy A30s features a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy A30s also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
The Google Pixel 2 has a bit better camera than Galaxy A30s, because although it has a back facing camera with a way worse 12.2 mega pixels resolution and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for shooting pictures and videos in low light situations, it also counts with a way better (4K) video resolution.
Galaxy A30s features a superior battery performance than Google Pixel 2, because it has a 48 percent bigger battery capacity.
