Sony Xperia XZ3 features a lot better display than Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels and a greater pixels amount per inch in the display. Xperia XZ3 counts with an extremely better processor than Galaxy A33 5G, although it has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Xperia XZ3 takes better photos and videos than Galaxy A33 5G, although it has a way less MP resolution back-facing camera and a smaller aperture which is not nice for capturing photographs or videos in low light situations. The Galaxy A33 5G has a much better storage for applications and games than Xperia XZ3, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
Samsung Galaxy A33 5G counts with a very superior battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has a 50 percent more battery capacity.
