Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy A40's general score of 79.6. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has the previous 5.0 version while Galaxy A40 has Android 11. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a noticeably older, just a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier phone than the Galaxy A40.
The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A40, because although it has less CPU cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Note Edge features a better screen than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a bit better display density.
The Galaxy A40 has a superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory. Galaxy A40 has just a bit better battery life than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 3100mAh battery capacity.
The Galaxy Note Edge takes clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a lot tinier aperture which is not recommended for capturing photographs in low-light environments, and they both have the same resolution back facing camera, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a lot better (4K) video definition and a larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
