Galaxy J8 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A5, getting a global score of 76.7 against 72.4. These devices come with Android OS, but the Galaxy J8 has an older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy A5 has Android 4.4.4. The Galaxy J8 design is extremely newer, but somewhat thicker and heavier than the Samsung Galaxy A5.

The Samsung Galaxy A5 counts with a more vivid display than Galaxy J8, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little worse resolution of 1280 x 720, it also counts with a quite higher amount of pixels per inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy J8 has much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A5, because it has 64 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 256 GB.
