The Galaxy M20 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A5, having a 78.9 score against 72.4. The Galaxy M20 body is newer than Samsung Galaxy A5's, but it's heavier and a lot thicker. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy M20 has the previous 10 version and Samsung Galaxy A5 has Android 4.4.4 version.

Samsung Galaxy M20 has a superior camera than Galaxy A5. Both have a 13 mega pixels back camera, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates.
