Galaxy Note 5 is a little bit better than Galaxy A5, with a score of 79.3 against 72.4. Both devices we are comparing have Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 5 has 5.1 version and Galaxy A5 has Android 4.4.4 version, so it offers some extra features. Even though Galaxy Note 5 is newer than the Galaxy A5, it is much heavier and thicker.

The Galaxy Note 5 features a better looking display than Galaxy A5, because it has a lot greater screen pixel density, a bit larger screen and a lot higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a very superior memory for apps and games than Galaxy A5, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy A5 features a little faster processor than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with 3 more cores , a 64-bits processor and a graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features superior battery performance than Galaxy A5, because it has a 30 percent greater battery size.

Galaxy Note 5 features a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy A5, because it has a much higher 3840x2160 video quality and a back camera with a higher resolution.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A5.
