The Samsung Galaxy S6 is much better than Samsung Galaxy A5, with a score of 87.4 against 72.4. These phones work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S6 has a more recent 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy A5 has Android 4.4.4, giving a couple additional features. Despite being the best cellphone we compare here, the Samsung Galaxy S6 is an a bit thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy A5.
Galaxy S6 has a sharper screen than Galaxy A5, because it has a way higher 2560 x 1440 resolution, a little bigger display and a much greater count of pixels per inch in the display. The Galaxy S6 features a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A5, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a quite better performance than Galaxy A5, and although they both have a 64-bits CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a faster graphics co-processor, a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (and also faster). Galaxy S6 features a little longer battery life than Galaxy A5, because it has 2550mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy S6 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A5, because it has a camera in the back with more megapixels and a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S6 is a little more expensive than the Galaxy A5, but you can get a much better phone for that extra dollars.
