Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a global score of 85.6, which is much better than Galaxy A5's general score of 72.4. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has an older 11 version while Galaxy A5 has Android 4.4.4 version. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3's body is noticeably newer than Galaxy A5's, although it is incredibly heavier and a little bit thicker.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a bit better CPU than Galaxy A5, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor and a 32-bits processor instead of 64-bits, it also counts with more cores and a higher amount of RAM. Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a screen that's just as good as the Samsung Galaxy A5 one, although the Galaxy Z Flip 3 also has a lot higher 1080 x 2636px resolution, a lot bigger screen and a greater pixels number in each inch in the display.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy A5, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a way better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A5, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3's camera is very similar to the camera in Galaxy A5, although the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a back camera with a worse 12 MP resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy A5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A5. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Galaxy A5, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
