The Xperia Z5 Premium has a score of 79.8, which is much better than the Galaxy A5's general score of 72.4. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Xperia Z5 Premium has newer 5.1 version while Galaxy A5 has Android 4.4.4 version. Xperia Z5 Premium's construction is newer than Galaxy A5's, but it's incredibly heavier and thicker.
The Xperia Z5 Premium has an incredibly better screen than Samsung Galaxy A5, because it has a way higher resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, a lot higher pixel amount per screen inch and a bit bigger display. Xperia Z5 Premium counts with just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy A5, because although it has a 32-bits processor instead of 64-bits, and they both have a 450 MHz graphics processing unit, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a higher number of cores and 1 GB more RAM memory.
The Xperia Z5 Premium features a greater camera than Galaxy A5, because it has a camera in the back with a much better 23 MP resolution and a much better 3840x2160 video quality.
