Comparison review
The Galaxy A50 is better than OnePlus 8, having an 83.8 score against 76. Galaxy A50's body is a little thinner and a little lighter than OnePlus 8, although it was released about 13 months before. OnePlus 8 has a little bit better performance than Galaxy A50, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 8 also has a larger amount of RAM.
OnePlus 8 counts with a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A50, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a little bigger screen and a bit more pixels per inch in the screen. The OnePlus 8 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy A50, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light photos and videos, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a lot better (4K) video resolution and a lot higher 48 megapixels resolution camera.
Samsung Galaxy A50 features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 8, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 512 GB. OnePlus 8 features just a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy A50, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the Galaxy A50 is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
