Comparison review
Galaxy A51 5G is much better than Google Pixel 2, getting a 90.8 score against 81.6. Galaxy A51 5G is a noticeably newer phone than Google Pixel 2, although it is just a little bit thicker and way heavier. The Google Pixel 2 features a bit better looking display than Galaxy A51 5G, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy A51 5G counts with much more storage to store more games and applications than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 1000 GB. Google Pixel 2 features a processing unit that is just as good as the processor in Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, and although the Google Pixel 2 has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.
Samsung Galaxy A51 5G has a much better battery lifetime than Google Pixel 2, because it has a 4500mAh battery size. The Galaxy A51 5G takes much better videos and photos than Google Pixel 2, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and video, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A51 5G also counts with a back facing camera with a way higher resolution and a lot bigger back camera sensor.
Although Samsung Galaxy A51 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 2. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Google Pixel 2, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
