Comparison review
The Galaxy M31s is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A51, getting a overall score of 88 against 85.5. Although the Galaxy M31s is a better cellphone than Samsung Galaxy A51, it must be noted that it's also a heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone. Both phones in this comparison review include the same Android 11 OS (operating system).
Galaxy M31s counts with a display that's just as good as the Galaxy A51 one, both of them have a same size screen, a higher pixels number in each inch of screen and the same resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Galaxy M31s features a bit better CPU than Galaxy A51, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy M31s also has 2 GB more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy M31s shoots a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has a bigger sensor, a bigger camera aperture to capture better captures and videos in low light environments and a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
The Galaxy M31s's storage capacity to store more apps and games is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy A51 one, both of them have the same internal memory capacity and a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy M31s has a much better battery life than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a 50% bigger battery size.
