Samsung Galaxy A52s has a general score of 91.1, which is better than OnePlus 9 Pro's 76.6 score. These devices include the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding OS features. Samsung Galaxy A52s is a a little bit lighter and a bit thinner phone than OnePlus 9 Pro, although both were only released 5 months apart.
OnePlus 9 Pro counts with just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A52s, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 9 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. OnePlus 9 Pro has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy A52s, because it has a bit larger display, a better 1440 x 3216 resolution and more pixels per inch of display.
