The iPhone 8 has an overall score of 85, which is much better than Galaxy A6's global score of 75.8. IPhone 8's design is just a little thinner and just a little bit lighter than Galaxy A6, although both of them were released only 8 months apart. Apple iPhone 8 has a brighter display than Galaxy A6, because although it has a little smaller display and a little lower resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density.
The iPhone 8 has a much greater storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. IPhone 8 features a quite better processing power than Galaxy A6, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with a 64-bits processor.
Apple iPhone 8 has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for taking pictures in low light environments, a tinier sensor providing a worse image quality and a camera in the back with lot less mega pixels, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy A6 counts with a much better battery duration than iPhone 8, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Apple iPhone 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy A6. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone 8, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy A6, resigning a couple features and specs.
