Comparison review
Xperia XZ3 has an overall score of 79.6, which is a little bit better than Galaxy A6's 75.8 score. The Xperia XZ3 is an a lot thicker and somewhat heavier phone than the Galaxy A6. Sony Xperia XZ3 has a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels, a bit bigger screen and a lot higher amount of pixels per inch in the display.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A6, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Sony Xperia XZ3 shoots much better photos and videos than Galaxy A6, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for taking photos or video in low light situations, it also counts with a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a higher resolution back-facing camera and a much higher (4K) video resolution.
The Xperia XZ3 has a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy A6, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Xperia XZ3 counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has an 11 percent bigger battery size.
Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A6. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Galaxy A6, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your savings.
