Asus ROG Phone 5s is just a bit better than Galaxy A60, with a general score of 84.9 against 82.3. Asus ROG Phone 5s's body is newer, but noticeably thicker and a lot heavier than Galaxy A60. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ROG Phone 5s has a more recent 12 version while Galaxy A60 has Android 11 version.
