Samsung Galaxy A60 is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto G41, with a score of 82.3 against 79.1. Both of these devices come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding OS features. Samsung Galaxy A60 is an older cellphone than Motorola Moto G41, but Samsung was able to make it just a bit thinner and a little lighter anyway.

The Moto G41 and Samsung Galaxy A60 both count with very similar screens, although the Moto G41 also has a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution, a quite bigger screen and a just a little better display pixels density.
