The Galaxy A60 has a score of 82.3, which is a bit better than Nokia XR20's 80.8 score. The Galaxy A60 construction is much lighter and much thinner than Nokia XR20, although it was released 2 years before. Both of these devices come with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that.
The Nokia XR20's CPU is just as good as the processor in Galaxy A60, both have 8 processing cores and the same RAM amount. The Nokia XR20 has a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A60, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a quite larger display.
