Samsung Galaxy A60 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A21, getting an 82.3 score against 76.1. Although the Samsung Galaxy A60 is older than Samsung Galaxy A21, it's body is somewhat lighter and a little bit thinner. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A60 has 11 version and Samsung Galaxy A21 has Android 10 version, giving a lot of extra features.
Galaxy A60 features a brighter screen than Galaxy A21, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way better number of pixels per inch in the screen and a much better resolution of 1080 x 2340. Samsung Galaxy A21 counts with a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A60, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
