Samsung Galaxy A42 has a score of 87, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy A60's overall score of 82.3. Samsung Galaxy A42's construction is newer than Galaxy A60's, although it is just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these devices work with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so they should provide you very similar operating system features.
The Galaxy A42's processor is just as good as the processor in Samsung Galaxy A60, and although the Galaxy A42 has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Galaxy A60 features a better looking display than Galaxy A42, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better number of pixels per screen inch and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px.
The Galaxy A42 features a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A60, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A42 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy A42 counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A60, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
Samsung Galaxy A42 shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A60, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting photographs and video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy A42 also counts with a much more megapixels back camera.
