Galaxy M21 is a bit better than the Galaxy A60, with an 84.1 score against 82.3. Both of these phones come with the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. The Galaxy M21 body is newer than the Galaxy A60's, although it is thicker and heavier.
