Galaxy A60 has a global score of 82.3, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's score of 76.6. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy A60 has a newer 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10.
