Huawei P20 is better than Galaxy A7 (2016), getting a 78.1 score against 69.9. Both phones in this comparison have Android operating system, but Huawei P20 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy A7 (2016) has Android 5.1 version, counting with a couple nice extra features and a performance increase. Although Huawei P20 is just a little thicker than the Galaxy A7 (2016), it's just a little lighter and also much newer.

Huawei P20 counts with a better hardware performance than Galaxy A7 (2016), because it has a higher amount of RAM and 7 more cpu cores. Galaxy A7 (2016) counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei P20, although it has a quite lower 1920 x 1080px resolution, a little smaller display and a little bit lower pixel density.

Huawei P20 has a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy A7 (2016), because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei P20 captures a lot better photographs and videos than Galaxy A7 (2016), because although it has a back facing camera with a lower resolution, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better photography in low-light situations.
