Galaxy A7 (2018) is just a bit better than the HTC U Ultra, getting a score of 84.2 against 77. The Galaxy A7 (2018) body is newer, a bit thinner and a little bit lighter than HTC U Ultra. Galaxy A7 (2018) counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than HTC U Ultra, because it has a larger number of cores and 2 GB more RAM.
The HTC U Ultra has just a bit better display than Galaxy A7 (2018), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560.
