Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) has a global score of 84.2, which is a bit better than Huawei P30 Lite's 77 overall score. Even being the best in this review, Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018)'s body is a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier than the Huawei P30 Lite. Huawei P30 Lite features a display that's just as good as the screen in Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), although the Huawei P30 Lite also has a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2312, a bit larger display and a little greater pixels quantity in each screen inch.
Huawei P30 Lite features as much storage for games and applications as Galaxy A7 (2018), both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy A7 (2018) features a bit more powerful CPU than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy A7 (2018) also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) and Huawei P30 Lite feature very similar battery durations, although the Huawei P30 Lite also has a 3340mAh battery capacity against 3300mAh. The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) features a little bit better camera than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a way tinier back camera sensor, and they both have a back camera with a 24 MP resolution, the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) also counts with a larger aperture to take better captures in poorly lited environments.
