Huawei P40 Pro is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), with an 88.2 score against 84.2. The Huawei P40 Pro is a newer phone than the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), although it is thicker and somewhat heavier. Huawei P40 Pro has just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P40 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Huawei P40 Pro features a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), because it has a slightly better resolution of 1200 x 2640, a bit larger display and a just a little greater pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) features a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
Huawei P40 Pro counts with better battery duration than Galaxy A7 (2018), because it has a 4200mAh battery size. Huawei P40 Pro shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light photos, it also counts with a way more mega pixels back facing camera, a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a lot larger camera sensor taking lot better quality pictures.
