Comparison review
LG G8 ThinQ is slightly better than Galaxy A7 (2018), having a global score of 84.3 against 84.2. Although LG G8 ThinQ and the Galaxy A7 (2018) were released with only a couple of months difference, the LG G8 ThinQ construction is a little bit lighter but also a little thicker than the Galaxy A7 (2018).
LG G8 ThinQ has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels, a quite larger display and a higher number of pixels per inch in the display. LG G8 ThinQ features a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
LG G8 ThinQ features a little bit better performance than Galaxy A7 (2018). Both of them have 8 cores and a 6 GB RAM. The LG G8 ThinQ shoots clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), because although it has a back camera with a way lower 12 megapixels resolution, it also counts with a much better video quality, a bigger back camera sensor capturing better quality pictures and a larger camera aperture.
LG G8 ThinQ has a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity against 3300mAh.
