Galaxy A7 (2018) is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, with an 84.2 score against 75.8. The Galaxy A7 (2018) is a a little thinner and a little lighter cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although they were released only a couple of months apart. The Galaxy A7 (2018) features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 6 GB RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) also has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2220px and a little bit better display pixels density.
