The iPhone 6 Plus is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A7, with an 80.4 score against 75.4. IPhone 6 Plus's body is thicker and heavier than the Samsung Galaxy A7. IPhone 6 Plus comes with iOS 8.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy A7 counts with Android 4.4.4 operating system. The Apple iPhone 6 Plus features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy A7. Both of them have the same display density, exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a screen of the same size.
The iPhone 6 Plus features a much better memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy A7, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy A7 has a little better performance than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, and although they both have a 64 bits processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy A7 also has a much better 500 MHz GPU, a higher number of cores (and faster) and a larger amount of RAM memory.

Although Apple iPhone 6 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy A7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy A7. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone 6 Plus, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy A7, letting go some specifications.
