The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than Galaxy A7's 75.4 score. Even though Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is notably newer than Galaxy A7, it is noticeably thicker and way heavier. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version and Galaxy A7 has Android 4.4.4 version.
Samsung Galaxy A7 features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a way smaller screen and a little bit lower display pixel density.
