The Galaxy S5 Plus has a score of 78.1, which is slightly better than Galaxy A7's 75.4 global score. Even being the best in this comparison, the Galaxy S5 Plus is an extremely thicker and just a bit heavier device than Galaxy A7. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S5 Plus has an older 4.4.2 version while Galaxy A7 has Android 4.4.4.
