The Galaxy S8 has an overall score of 81.7, which is slightly better than Galaxy A7's 75.4 global score. The Galaxy S8 is a notably newer phone than the Galaxy A7, but it is a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker. Galaxy A7 features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy A7 also counts with a 64-bit CPU and a graphics processing unit.
